If furnace was not inspected by qualified
technician during last 2 years, have it done.
Having air ducts blown or cleaned out. Some
particles are heavy and will not circulate or be
filtered out, so your continuing to inhale it.
Smoke Alarms- old house or new, be sure to
place on in EACH bedroom, hallway, etc.
A simple Carbon Monoxide alarm cost $50 or
less. Good idea to place in one major bed
room, near heat register outlet.
Suggestion made to have your roof repaired,
be sure to have it done. It will not get better on
its own and this it the KEY surface protecting
the house from outside elements.
Rain Gutter and Down pipes- make sure they
are clean and open. Best time to check....yes,
during a rainy day!
